Hotel Fala

If you are used to staying at the Hilton or the Sheraton, there's a good chance this won't be your cup of tea. However, if you are the type of traveller who appreciates a family atmosphere, personal service and an intimate, welcoming environment, why not give Hotel Fala a try? Rooms are adequately equipped and there'll be no problem with parking. Living with a Croatian family will help you have the authentic Zagreb experience and at the very least, being slightly further afield means you'll see even more of the Croatia's wonderful capital city on the way in and out.

It was not your ordinary place to stay the night, but that's what I loved about it. A bit of a walk, but also quiet and authentic.
