Bush Will Visit Zagreb

The President of the United States of America, George Bush, is due to pay a visit to the Croatian capital following the 20th NATO summit to be held this April in Bucharest.

It is expected that Croatia will be invited to join NATO (the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation), along with Albania and the Republic of Macedonia. Directly after the summit, on the 4th April, President Bush is expected to travel to Zagreb to open discussions with Croatian leaders.

Security will be raised to maximum, and soldiers in the Croatian Army will be employed in the operation. Additionally, up to 800 members of the US security services are expected to be deployed in Zagreb for the occasion.
