K Pivovari

Built back in 1893 and as old as Croatia's Zagrebacka brewery, K Pivovari certainly has pedigree in keeping its hungry locals and beer guzzlers satisfied - after all, it's had over 100 years of practice. Covering over one thousand square metres, the culturally-protected K Pivovari Bar Restaurant was recently renovated in an urban Zagreb style so it's easy to convince yourself you're there for the history and not the beer and food. The place is regularly rammed with locals adding to the authentic atmosphere but, keen to cater to all tastes, K Pivovari has a handful of international offerings to go alongside Croatian specialities. So there really is no excuse not to pay a visit.

There was a dead mouse family hidden in my pillow. They are trying to kill all of us, get out while you can!!!

Pretty cool. Sorta like a Munich beer garden without all the crazies.
