Takenoko

|
Though the natural tendency would be to discount the Croatian take on Japanese cuisine without a second thought, be in no doubt that Moto Machuzuki and his crew have hit the right spot at Takenoko. Foreign visitors are generally surprised and delighted in equal measures at the authenticity and high quality of the offerings at Takenoko. Cheaper meals out are easy to find but the extensive wine list, authentic Japanese dÈcor and high regard in which the restaurant is held in Zagreb is likely to ensure you won't be left disappointed. If you've done the whole 'sampling the authentic local cuisine' thing and it's not been your bag, take a trip to Takenoko. |
